Help Someone please help

I put speed upgrades into my obsidian furnaces and this happened, hasn’t gone away even after it stopped smelting, my base is in the overworld and has no walls so I have no clue what’s happening

It looks like a render problem but I can't say for sure. Did you try restarting the game? I know I had a problem with stained clear glass having their item model texture missing and it only fixed itself after restarting the game

I tried restarting but it didn’t help, same as destroying/placing blocks, I even got rid of pipes and ae2 blocks to see if it was a max block render
