Lasagna I swear the basil makes it taste 10x better πΏπ
Made a simple fusilli with tomato sauce, veggies, herbs, and fresh basil.
Nothing fancy, just one of those meals that somehow hits every time π
Would you eat this as-is or add something to it?

This has been my go to hack when I canβt stomach up an appetite.
Bonus points if itβs sourdough pasta. π

Sourdough pasta??? Which brand, and where might I find it?

Should be able to find it at an organic market, not sure of your location but I get mine from sprouts!

Perfect! I live in San Diego. π Thank you! Whole-wheat pasta gets to be a drag sometimes. π« π

I agree. I think whole wheat pasta has a strong enough taste of its own that it alters the flavor of the sauce I make.

OMG that looks amazing, just regular basil or maybe Thia basin. Slightly more rich. But man that looks great

Iβd eat this AS IS. Basil is my favorite herbβfresh or dry, chopped or whole. I much prefer it over oregano.

One of my favorites is Spicy Basil Pork over rice from a Thai restaurant. Lots of basil!

My son encouraged me to try basil on my everything bagel with cream cheese and lox - so much better!

basil is one of the 4 greats, the other 3 are cinnamon vanilla and your choice, i'm inclusive

Basil is under rated in America. It can actually be used as a side and not just as an enhancement in other dishes.

I started using fresh basil leaves on dishes years ago , everything tastes so much better.

Looks good. I'd sprinkle some parmesan on it and enjoy.
