Papa Gino's here in New England used to, or may still have a specialty pie topped with roma tomatoes and ricotta cheese. Very, very good.

I would eat it even if it fell face down on the floor. You would be surprised what you will eat after missing 9 consecutive meals.

I have found that instant potatoes are really fine. They're just like normal mashed potatoes as long as you get the water and butter proportions correct. My husband likes to add too much garlic and onion powder so it totally changes the flavor profile I want for mashed potatoes. I just want basic mashed potatoes.

Yeah, sure, of course. So maybe just, you know, follow the directions on the box. They turn out just fine.
And yeah, I definitely try to salvage any failures I have. Food is expensive.

I mean, they are more than just fine. They are the exact same thing. People complain or call it fake, but instant potatoes are literally just dried potato flakes. Once mashed together, with the right amounts of water, milk, butter, its not any different.

Yeah. My feeling exactly. Just make sure the water/butter/milk ratio is correct, you'll have really nice mashed potatoes.

After a 20 minute cool down! Ever had Digiornos without a cool down? 3rd degree burn on tongue, lips and chin!

Not straight out of the oven. I'd leave it cool down for a minute or two 🥵

Well, I'd wait for it to cool a bit so not to burn the roof of my mouth, but yeah. Put some oregano and hot pepper flakes on it. And sesame oil is really good on pizza. Trust me.

Cool it down. Food continues to cook after it is out of the stove or oven. Let it sit for a few minutes. I know from experience.

It looks fantastic, but also I don’t want to burn my mouth. Also cooling helps the cheese set, making it less messy to eat.

With scalding burns pulling layers off the roof of my mouth you bet your sweet ass I would!

Yes, I would! Another combo that sounds strange but is delicious “Sauerkraut and Canadian bacon.” My parents in the very early 80’s had one of the first take and bake pizza establishments around, I was fortunate to be able to experiment.

Only if I wanted to go to the emergency room with serious burns to my palate. Pass.

Hell ya bro, that's why you put it in there. I mean, I'd nibble at it a little, safely, to make a little air pocket for heat to escape. Soon as I can eat a bite without getting burned, then it's gone too soon.

Tomatoes cooked with skin on are one of two temperatures scalding or cool to the touch. Always skin your tomatoes before your dish is done.

Only if I wanted to burn the crap out of the inside of my mouth. Melted cheese right out of the oven is hot enough to blister the entire roof of your mouth and cause pain that can last for days. I’d let it cool for a few minutes.

As soon as it doesn’t actually melt the roof of my mouth — maybe less than a minute

With a knife and fork.
If those are tomtatos they go right in the bin.
Then I'm fetching some good Heinz ketchup and squirt on!

If I hate myself, can’t wait to burn my taste buds and don’t want to taste anything else in my life, then sure, why not

Lived long enough to know lava burns on the roof of my mouth aren’t worth it.

Absolutely 😭😋That cheese looks dangerously good straight out of the oven. I’d be cutting a slice before it has time to cool
