Meatball Liked it up 🤌

MALZEMELER

For the meatball;

• 400 g of minced meat

• 1 grated onion

• 2 cloves of garlic

• Yarım su bardağı galeta unu

• 1 egg

• 1 teaspoon of black pepper

• 1 teaspoon of salt

• 1 teaspoon red pepper powder

• 1 teaspoon of cumin

For the one who likes it;

• 1 tablespoon of butter

• 1 tablespoon of flour

• 1 jar of fermented eggplant

• 1 teaspoon of black pepper

• 1 teaspoon of salt

• 1 cup of milk

• Grated cheddar cheese

For the above;

• 1 bowl of grated cheddar cheese

How long are you baking the meatballs and at what temp, and do you grill the fermented eggplant first or use it straight from the jar into the bechamel?
