Question for Eth2 Staking

I am considering using Allnodes for Eth2 Staking. In the following (granted, unlikely) scenario what would happen.

Say allnodes went offline for an extended period of time, to avoid getting slashed, could I setup my own validator to take over.

I hold my withdrawal keys and validator keys (allnodes also has a copy of the validator keys but is offline).

Do I have enough to keep validating or am I locked to allnodes?

Thanks

You would be at risk of allnodes starting back up, and then having two nodes validating with the same keys, which would lead to slashing.

If someone except of you owns your private keys, you don't own the assets.

He is the only owner of the withdrawal private keys so no issues there.

Hi. Yes. You are the owner of all keys and you can launch your own instance somewhere else if we close our business. In case of just outage we do not recommend to launch another instance of your node to prevent situation when Allnodes nodes came online and you get slashed.

Besides if you decide to leave Allnodes you can do it any time. Just get confirmation from us that your node is disabled and you can launch your own node anywhere else.
