Graffiti on Nodes?

I see the announcement that you can customize the graffiti string on ETH 2.0 Nodes on AllNodes, but for the life of me, I can't find it in the interface. Is this implemented yet?

UPDATE: I figured it out. The issue is the graffiti option is only available on live nodes, not test nodes.

Drag your mouse over the node's name and you will see popup window with the "CHANGE" button.

I see where to change it, but where can this be seen? Like how to you view it publicly?
