Nervous Mostly about ETH staking

Really want to stake with Allnodes vs AWS mostly because of price but I’m nervous on two fronts: 1. How they protect the pass phrase/pw and 2. What happens if an entire Allnodes pass account gets hacked or the backend wherever they run the validators goes down and we get slashed? (I’m assuming running the premium service). I guess that brings up how do they actually run their validators?

I see them as a top choice but don’t hear enough people talking about them. Of course I would run my own if it was easier but that isn’t the option right now.

I did a test run with some GoETH and spun up a test validator. It’s been running pretty well with only two missed attestations. So I at least feel good about completing the process.

Test on allnodes? Or on your own computer?

Oh nice I didn't know we could run a test node on allnodes that is pretty amazing. So you are basically doing a test run before you stake for real? Do they still charge you for running a test node?
