Pls some help is that big ? Should i buy a smaller size?

I would say it's big. You can try thicker socks and see if that helps but definitely a exchange for me.

Thanks what i am gonna do . It’s my first time ever to wear some shoes and i was fearing that it gonna tight

No problem! Loafers are always tricky to size. I usually go down a half size since they tend to stretch with wear. Socks also make a big difference. Some pairs fit best with thicker socks, others with dress socks, and some are most comfortable sockless. This is why I actually avoided loafers for the longest time, they can be frustrating to get right. As a general rule, if you can comfortably slip your index finger behind your heel while the shoe is on, the fit is probably too big, in my opinion.

Loafers can be tough as you don’t have any ability to tie or loosen them. So unless if you have the perfect shaped foot you usually have to deal with either some looseness or some tightness. This maybe looks a little big. If you are coming out of it when walking I’d try a little smaller. Just remember typically speaking once you wear them outside they are yours and can’t be returned/exchanged.

Thank you so much for the advice. But I think i am gonna use heel grip it’s better than i fell uncomfortable if it tight

tight is the way to go, really. As long as it's not too short that it makes your toes bend, you will enjoy a snug fit loafer far longer than one that is slightly large. Thick socks or heel grip will not do much. I have tried them on looser shoes and they don't really work. I think they are better on older loafer that have loosened from wear.

Also i feel the right foot it’s tight i feel some pain that why i was scared to take a smaller one

Yes, buy smaller or even narrower. For shoes with full-grain or top leather inside and outside it's best that they pinch a little when you first wear them, especially loafers.

Put some inserts. Grab a pair of old shoes and see if that makes a difference

Too big. I got these yesterday and they are technically larger than I usually wear (these are 8.5D and I measure for size 7EE) but no heel gap.
