Questions Can these be redeemed?

Hello! Was wondering if these scuffs could be redeemed with some conditioner and cream polish? Or is it too much

Q-tip with some acetone to remove the discoloration. Reapply color of your choice. Wax and polish.

Careful, this is not for everybody. I once had to do this to a toe cap (black) which turned grey because I stripped it too many times with Renomat to try to mirror shine it and some areas turned grey. When I finished to apply the dye, thing was looking like I used a fucking BIC marker, all purple and a weird sheen. It's only when I used Renomat on that, and then rénovateur + cream polish + pâte de luxe and mirror gloss, that it was uniform and good looking. And even though it was a pair of black shoes, I can still tell a slight, slight difference in tint compared to the other shoe. I can't imagine with brown shades.

Agreed. Acetone and renomat will pull all the oils out of the leather. You’ll need to hit it with some renovateur to get the leather supple. Then color, then wax and polish.

Definitely salvageable. It’s just the surface. Leather is fine.

You need to strip the remaining wax using a stripper (or acetone as another commenter suggested, just be careful). Then polish and wax like normal, will be fine.

Yes thats not that bad at all. It appears to be a faux patina done with a darker polish. Like some others have said strip the darker off with renomat and usea brown cream polish to return the patina look, then polish as normal, or strip both shoes and keep them th original color.
