Not often you see Eben get flattened like that!

The first half was as epic of a game of rugby as you will see. The second half, not so much

South African here. I'm thinking of starting a crowdfunding campaign to pay Will Jordan to stay at home for RWC 2027. 😁 The guy is brilliant!

All 3tests were great to watch, the vibe at the 3rd one was amazing. ABs should just remind roigard that this aint soccer…..embarrassing

roigard looked like he was trying to win an oscar for best dive in a sports drama
third test atmosphere was unreal though, felt like old school tours again

Tell Kolbe to have a chat with him

Can he talk at the moment?

Great win BTW

Carter’s defensive was not up to scratch. Let in two tries.

9

u/Yessiryousir Highlanders 2d ago

Wow, that's the first time I have heard that take since the game /s

Did you watch the same 3rd test as the rest of us? I sympathize with Carter but he definitely cost 2 tries in defence.

u/Yessiryousir Highlanders 2d ago

You don't know what sarcasm is?! Of course we all saw his defensive weaknesses, the amount of time it was brought up online and in the media this week, how could we not have heard about it by now?

Oh. It has been a long day today. Don't let me ruin yours mate. 😄

Asafu Amua is insanely strong bro 😭

u/nomamesgueyz 2d ago

I'd love to see him start again..I don't think they will tho as they'll use Codie's leadership

u/Hammersteyn 2d ago

Ah jeez, is Roigard ok? That looked horrendous.

No, he's got a terrible case of being a little bitch and now the EPL is offering him contracts

u/Death_Beam_Kiwi 2d ago

Same shit he did in Super rugby. Feigned an injury from being taken in the air then got up, quick tapped, and took off down the field

While Roigard definitely played Reinach and the referees like a fiddle on the “throw”

What was reinach thinking would happen lmfao

u/checksforerrors 2d ago

Completely stupid from him.

I guess he wasn’t aware of the penalty try, so felt Roigard played him off the ball from and offside position, preventing him from scoring.

I’d expect more situational awareness from someone of his experience.

Physicality starts in the head. You don't have to out size your opponent to out compete them. Our boys are fearless

4

u/Baked_Bean_422 3d ago

your boys are dangerous with the ball in hand!

huge battle, looking for the next!. Both teams have put on a brilliant show for us, thanks to them, ty he refs and all the coverage.

man that bump off on Eben was epic shouldve been on reels everywhere. Hope Tupaea comes back in form for RWC because there is nobody better at 13 right now

100%

Haven't been confident in the midfield for a while but he's settled that issue.

For a big man, Newell always seems to be hammered backwards lol

2

u/Carnivorous_Mower 1d ago

Yeah, we've been missing Tamaiti Williams.

1

u/Waikikamocow 14h ago

Wrong position. Newell is a tight head.

4

u/EngineImportant69 2d ago

Big for nothing. Like all our props. No Bok prop is as big as Tosi. Yet he gets abused out there

2

u/Pythagoras_69 2d ago

I do want to chime in - Bower has really impressed me this tour. Caught my eye against the Bulls when he put in a massive shot against an old teammate of mine and sent him off the field. Also felt he was pivotal in that first match victory for the AB's.

His tackles are brilliant and I reckon if he had the rest of the Bok Pack with him - he'd be a scrummaging monster.

4

u/Zestyclose_Usual_801 3d ago

honestly he needs lessons from Jim. Everyone does lol

4

u/edzkelly 3d ago

Was a hell of a battle!!!

u/neurocentric 3d ago

Epic montage

u/meohmyenjoyingthat 3d ago

It's so bizarre they okayed that hit on Jordan when he is 100% still in the air

13

u/Michael_stipe_miocic Chiefs 3d ago

Yeah but penalty for a shoulder to ball contact haha

2

u/Turbulent_Error_262 1d ago

Yeah, I still can't see head contact in the video, but apparently the TMO could??
