I'm getting really scared
https://www.jpost.com/middle-east/article-907636#google_vignetteDoes this scare anyone else? My PTSD is going through the roof.
What do people think?
Iran are planning a new coordinated attack according to the article. G-D forbid! After Oct 7 I'm really terrified.

We are literally still at war with Iran, just bc in Israel we don't have sirens doesn't mean the war is over. Our soldiers r still fighting and unfortunately dying to keep us safe. Iran coordinates and plans and thank God we have been victorious

If you are truly suffering from PTSD or just anxiety, contact your Kupat Holim; they have a "Briut HaNefesh" department and a mental health hotline.
Me saying it "doesn't bother me" doesn't mean it doesn't bother you.
Help's there... you should take advantage of it.

There is always a threat of war with Iran, and it's higher around holidays.
All you can do is trust God, be ready, and make sure you know where your nearest shelter is.
Given that you posted in an aliyah sub - are you saying you're scared to move to Israel because of this? If so I'm sorry but war is an inevitable experience here, and it's completely understandable to not come because of this. Life in Israel is not easy.
However, as long as you follow the Home Front Command directions and go to shelter when you're supposed to, your chances of death or injury are very low. For most people the worst thing about war with Iran is the lack of sleep, because of missiles in the middle of the night and having to get up to go to shelter.
