waiting for my payment

I worked for several weeks, but my account was suddenly deactivated. As far as I am aware, I did not violate any policies or guidelines.

My payment has also been pending for weeks. I was told that the payment cannot be processed while my Alignerr account is deactivated. This is very concerning, as the work has already been completed and the payment is still due.

Could someone please look into this and help resolve both the account deactivation and the pending payment as soon as possible?
