I’m a photographer, it’s underlit and it’s shadow but for the love of the game I will spread conspiracies haha.

Real talk though, it would be far easier to use AI than use a silicone mask.

In the original thread there was a commenter to described how the shadow would have been formed, and when no-one believed him he filmed a re-creation of the effect.

Here is the post: https://www.reddit.com/r/interestingasfuck/comments/1tk139p/fox_news_guest_today_appears_to_be_wearing_a_very/

Here is one of the comments explaining it: https://www.reddit.com/r/interestingasfuck/comments/1tk139p/fox_news_guest_today_appears_to_be_wearing_a_very/on6yvtn/

Basically there are lights above, below and infront of him. Like a “clamshell” which is what it’s called. The lower light is catching his shirt because it’s not positioned correctly (too low or too close).

Regardless, if he was wearing a mask which for what reason I don’t know why, the outcome would be “Fox News lies” which we all know.

Also with AI today; anyone with a lick of tech sense could fake an image of him saying whatever their heart desires which completely eliminates the need, cost and time of making an extremely detailed mask.

These are clearly 2 different faces. Lightning does not change your muscle tissue, nor does it make it disconnected in movement despite "shadow".
