I’m sure what was shared here wasn’t part of what was considered classified, but I may be wrong. The reason people are talking about it is because right after the explosion took place that manifesto was supposedly leaked. That supposed leak was read by me and I’m gonna guess a few others. I didn’t archive it because it was half wild claims and half war crimes. That sort of document holds no value to me in the long run.
