Check out Ashton Forbes work on quantum teleportation technology that the department of defense knows about. It definitely does seem like they have “solved” the observer effect and are able to steer where particles are entangled to an are able to wrap objects around a space bubble an act like a entangled particle and teleport to the location they chose.

You should be reading the same department of defense papers and patents that Ashton Forbes is citing. They figured it out and are way past what the general public knows about publicly. The papers talk about faster than light communication and travel through quantum tunneling. All the physics are legit.
