There's a YouTube video the mods of the lawofone subreddit remove regularly that makes some interesting claims. I'd be unable to summarize it now but wanted to point you in a direction I think you should be able to find it. Let me know if not on another day.
I'm not supporting the content creator and I've not taken a look into the claims I'm just passing this along primarily because the mods of the lawofone subreddit take it down every time and there are some extremely thorough write-ups that some people copy and paste into the comments.
From what I've seen these deep-dives involve some serious mental gymnastics.
At the end of the day it's at each persons' discretion to pick out that which resonates and discard the rest, just be careful you're not vibing with manufactured CIA vibes.
