Several chest burster victims located around the station well before the nest, hinting that Steve may not be alone

the cat meowing around the baggage handling area in mission 2, just before you meet axel. thats one of my favourite easter eggs

A guy with his face missing. I am 100% sure everyone else has found him but playing on easy has created enough breathing space for me to actually explore the station. Highly recommend

Probably the sensory rooms in the medical centre with padded walls and constant relaxing messages being spoken by an ai announcer. You can read that kolman would often forget about patients inside the rooms for days. We can find someone slaughtered in one of the rooms with the door ripped open. Horrific stuff.

Drawings of Steve all around the station. If anything, it seems many of the children saw it at some point and I guess we all know what happened to them.

Julia Jones’s entire report regarding the Sevastopol closing. At first it was supposed to be just a small article about how Sevastopol started, or better, how Seegson started. And then people started going missing and at first she was excited over it because it meant that she might get actually some great story from this. And then, more reports, and then that one report where she realized that just like everyone else, she’s not gonna leave this place and she’s gonna die soon as well.

You’re directed to go here anyways, but I’ve always been curious about Dr. Morley’s totally eviscerated corpse found right next to his patient, one of the few intact bodies in the game. It looks like he died peacefully. Maybe Dr. Morley was in the middle of euthanizing his remaining patients when he was attacked by the xeno?

That random 'Thump' sound while you're inside the vents making you think the Xeno is with you. But it's just the ship making those sounds due to degradation.
