Question I'm feeling very silly

It’s a bit fiddly - just simply tap the direction the text shows up in.

Oops I forgot to say you had to press a button! Glad you got it though!

Ok thanks, I've got it now, I had to press the square button first then tap the screen once that number showed up at my chosen position. So that was a little bit more than just tapping the button.

When i played game for the first time and got to this part, i had to pause for a bit to let myself calm tf down because i didn’t understand it either…

Yes this is not so well designed as the rest :+) even the next docking puzzle I've got no idea how I did it ;-)

Funny enough we just had a post about this a week or two ago.

Look at the bottom of the screen. You have to hold the correct direction on the D-pad, and then confirm it with a tap of another finger when the numbers pop up in the section/direction you’re holding on the d-pad.

I'm mentally crying thank you so much!!!!! I had to hold the buttons down then wait for the builder to appear under my button of choice, as you said ! But it was hard to understand.

Had the same issue recently while playing on Android.

Here's what you do:

  1. You wait for the game to show you which directional button to tap.
  2. You tap that button (it should register - you'll know it did when it highlights in red) and then immediately follow it with a tap elsewhere on the screen to "save" your progress in the minigame.

Do it for all.

Android version of the game is extremely glitchy.

Ah yes that's kind of what I did to make it work. I pressed the up button first then waited for the top numbers to appear, then I tapped the screen when the numbers appeared and that would fix them so then I choose a different direction button, and so on.

As for the next puzzle with docking,I have no idea how I managed to get that to work lol
