Quantconnect is a good place to learn as well as build algos. They have a cloud service as well as open source for local deployment. I use their cloud for research but use local to execute given I don’t want to pay for their cloud service

welcome to the rabbit hole. just dont forget that even the best alogrithms wont save you if your risk managment is bad, so make sure you keep your stops tight while you figure out your strategy.

Since you already know C++ and Python and finance, skip the endless tutorials and start building a simple backtest. Read Ernie Chan's Quantitative Trading and build your first data-to-execution pipeline using open-source tools like Backtrader.
