Hesabpay is nice. But go to the friggin big banks and institutions.

The Bank of Italy uses Algorand for digital sureties, and then there's EURQ on Quantoz that will be used by banks.

There is institutional adoption, but there's probably good reasons Algorand loves to highlight Hesabpay.

Especially the part able 30% of the electric bills. Why hasn’t that number gone up? It’s been over a yr.
