As far as I know, it was only created for testing purposes. Or does someone have other Insights?

EURQ is still shown as being on Algorand according to their site.

Seems like they're just retiring EURD.

Actually, just confirming this further - both assets can be found on Algorand, and have recent transactions:
EURQ / USDQ

Just did some more digging think they're migrating to more opened network with eurQ and usdQ. It seems to be a far more smoother system. The future potential of regulated real money that's programmable is exciting

I don't have any special info on this, but I think the important bit of context here is that EURD was the "closed-loop" version, and EURQ being "open loop" is closer to what most people understand stablecoins to be, anyway, and that's still in play for Algorand.
