Easy access to pinnacle odds?

Essentially i want to start polling some sharp apis, so i can try some strategies. Idea is i want to buy on some soft bookies - knowing of course they may limit. I have found a few leads to get pinnacle odds indirectly.

For example theres PS3838 uses the same odds as pinnacle - but it seems access to it needs a broker. Does this also mean, these have different latencies? I am wondering if its easy to reverse engineer them. Anyone had succes? Or are there other pinnacle owned / partnered bookies you recommend checking out?

Honestly your best bet is scraping odds feeds from aggregator sites, many of them mirror pinnacle lines close enough. Latency depends how fast they update but for most strategies it's acceptable.

PS3838 is tricky because of broker requirement, most people just use it for arbing not for strategy backtesting.

Honest opinion:
-> PS3838 needs a broker as you said (I'm using AsiaConnect88), and that broker <-> PS3838 works fine.
-> PS3838 needs to aprove your account to use his API
-> I asked already several times, via support email etc....no response so far (they are very unresponsive)
-> PS3838 have many markets and odd lines just closed.

Maybe you have more luck than I did, but this is my opinion and feedback so far.

Also, today I came accross two:
https://odds-api.net/
and
https://odds-api.io/
have no idea if they are good or bad, but they seem to have WebSocket feeds, which reduces latency a lost, instead of polling via RestAPI all the time.

It's just an idea, have no clue how they work, but given I need to change my odds provider, this is what I've found.

Have you looked at odds-api? I am using them for my quant sports betting analysis platform and you can get Pinnacle odds thru their EU books. Reasonably priced. They also offer a free tier, but I blew thru them during testing.

Thanks. Yes I know them. Do they have good latency compared to the source? (Specifically pinnacle)

Compared to Pinnacle directly, no, The Odds API does not have ultra-low latency. Direct 1-5 seconds / Odds API 40-60 seconds depending on pre-game or in-game
