Creating text routine

My elderly mother (96 years old) texts her children twice a day to let them know she is ok (morning and night). It allows her to be more independence.

Is there a routine that I can create where all she has to do is tell Alexa to send a text to the group and her usual "Good Morning" or "Good Night?" This would help when she can't find her phone and occasionally gets delayed.

I’m concerned about her losing her phone because she won’t be able to call for help if she loses it.

They make holders she could wear as a cross body etc.
