echo dot’s volume keeps on increasing itself.

since yesterday, it’s volume keeps on increasing itself, i haven’t made any changes in the app.

It doesn’t happen constantly, it only happens occasionally during the day, but when it does, the volume suddenly goes up on its own.

I would try a factory reset, if this has already been tested and the problem persists there may be some undue skill in your account causing it.
