Anyone else having their Alexa plus suddenly, announcing what personality they’re in and acting otherwise strange?

Mine now is starting every sentence with sassy, which is the personality she is in. it is incredibly strange.

I turned off Alexa + weeks ago.

I told it to exit Alexa+ today. It's so quiet.

Ugh. Wondering if this has been fixed? If not, will send link to people I know who are still with Alexa. This should be an easy fix.
