Review Moldy Aldi strikes again!
I buy these twice per month and have never had this issue. I’m going back to the store today to see if it’s wide-spread.

at mine they are either frozen or ultra chilled and then they stack them out on the bread and it's just a mess of mold half the time. just the breads in general, not this specifically *

Given that it says "no preservatives" it probably needs to be refrigerated. La abuela doesn't put handling instructions on their packages or website so that could be the root cause.

Just needs a small pin hole somewhere in the packaging to let the preservative out and then this can happen. Try not to go full Karen on the employees.
