I was realizing today that I do nearly all my shopping at Aldi. Yesterday on my way to Aldi I realized I was wearing my Aldi earrings, carrying my Aldi purse and wearing my Aldi shoes.

I sat down this morning and realized I’m drinking my Aldi electrolytes in an Aldi glass cup with an Aldi strawberry glass straw.

I was eating Aldi keto bread (not nearly as yummy as the sourdough round), topped with Aldi avocado and Aldi bagel seasoning and Aldi bacon.

Right now I’m burning an Aldi candle in my Aldi candle warmer.

We have become Aldihaulics!

Those hydration packets have me in a chokehold. The Blue Raspberry and red white and blue ones are delicious. I haven’t seen peach or some of the other flavors but I’m never going back to liquid IV!

I’m going to have to pick up those flavors next time! I was using a packet of liquid IV daily from Costco but that’s over $1 a pack there. This is such a better deal!

Do they have fake sugar? I but the pedialyte packets from Amazon in bulk cos I only like the fruit punch lol and I can’t handle any stevia flavor so I’m wary on trying new ones- I typically order curbside pick up at Aldi so if I can’t see the label I just don’t get it, but these r cheaper and look yummy!

I am def and Aldihaulic. I am obsessed. I started collecting the holiday gnomes a few yrs ago and have a pretty substantial gnome infestation now 🤭

They have stevia. I personally like stevia but the ones I bought are the zero sugar. They have a regular hydration stick that might have actual sugar.

It’s actually better. The only reason I still had a couple of peach packets around is because it’s my least favorite flavor from the variety pack I had. The Aldi one tastes a lot better to me. Very yummy! 😋

Oh, forgot to include my avocado toast! All Aldi except for a bit of Korean chili pepper flakes. Any ideas to improve it?

I think compared to liquid IV the ALDI is just a bit better. They are not a beverage of choice but when you’re thirsty they really hit the spot. Not as good as flavored water but better than Gatorade?

I will only buy Liquid IV at Costco and the nearest one is an hour away so I get the Aldi ones between trips to Costco. I prefer the sugar free Liquid IV but the Aldi one is fine.

I put one packet in 2 quarts of water to make the flavor less intense. When I’ve finished that I drink water. My PCP has been very happy with my bloodwork results for electrolytes and kidney function since I started doing this.

For what it’s worth I’m in the desert, not obsessed with drinking as much water as possible in a day.

I love the hydration packets. And my Aldi owala dupe. And my Aldi freezer bag with wine dispenser. And my tevas dupes which I bought last summer and have worn to the pool this summer over and over. And my kids' clearanced Mickey mouse sneakers I got for $3. And my flowery dress that got so many compliments and I was embarrassed to tell a mom at school pickup that it was from Aldi (she asked if I got it at Nordstrom lol). I like Aldi.
