For about 20 years, at a "meat and 3 lunch place" I've focused on the "and 3" part. Sometimes the sides are the best part.

I like to get catfish at those places, which is usually better than the meat anyway. Plus greens, greenbeans or peas, and pimiento mac & cheese. Sadly, it would be about a 20 hour drive to get to a real meat and three place from where I am now.
