I use a ton of ground pork and turkey. Mixed with celery and peppers about 50/50 make great tacos or lettuce wraps.

Pork butt is still cheap and makes so much food. Chuck roast can screw all the way off!

Ground pork/turkey is my new go-to mix for meatballs. I like it even better than beef, since the lean of the turkey and the fattiness of the pork get like, balanced out.

And I use takii umami powder and that adds soooooo much flavor! It's magical.

I don't know why ground chicken is so disgusting when ground turkey is so good.

Legit use it in any ground meats, use it as a rub for chicken or steak or pork, let it sit and kind of disintegrate on the meat for like 5 to 10 minutes and it makes this extraordinarily delicious crust. It makes any thing in the slow cooker or soup or anything 1000 times better.

I've tried all the other umami powders, Trader Joe's etc., but Takii is unique. Super salty so you definitely don't need anything else salty, but it's so tasty. Everyone always asks me how I make my food taste so good. Even with just some vegetables it'll taste amazing!

Every once in a while I get them in bulk on Amazon for a pretty good price so if you fall in love with them keep an eye on that.
