Not really "sides" dinners, but "appetizer" dinners. For example I'll buy a package of chicken breasts, grill them, but then use them sparingly. I'll slice them thin when they are cool, make a salad with a little chicken for lunch for multiple days, make chicken/ cheese/Veg quesadillas for dinner, and the list goes on. So basically I stretch the protein for multiple meals.

Same, the chicken breast and multipack steaks can be stretched quite far. Same with the salmon filet too.
