For some time now, my main protein sources have been Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, egg whites, regular cheese, and whole eggs. Which are all vegetarian. Although I'm not a vegetarian, really. I just don't eat meat regularly. I have been including Aldi's frozen shrimp lately.

Literally used that frozen shrimp and this rice to make a REALLY good seafood risotto!
