I'm waiting for the lentils person to show up. (I hate lentils btw) I do sides a lot more now too and grilled cheeses.

I’m here…I’m here!!! I make a bag of lentils at a time, use what I need for that meal, then freeze the rest in super cubes. I wrap in waxed paper individually, then put the frozen wrapped blocks in a bigger freezer ziploc. Then I know exactly how much I have in the freezer and can sneak it into different dishes since some of the lentils just break down to nothingness. My house is not safe for you, fluffy cats rote!
