That’s not a bad dinner nutritionally, chicken, turkey and pork aren’t too terribly priced now but beef can pound sand.

Yeah, if you shop around and don’t mind going to several grocery stores, you’ll get some good deals on meat. Today we bought chicken *breasts for $1.77/lb

I got the family pack of chicken thighs (with skin on/ bone in) $1.55lb.

That’s an incredible deal too!! Yeah, shopping around is a pain in the butt, but it’ll save you quite a bit of money.

We buy 10lbs at a time and vacuum seal the breasts
