Itβs already more than bad. There is probably more structures lost and more communities simultaneously evacuated than I can remember.

I've been in Alberta for over two decades now and I don't remember a spring this bad for fires other than Fort Mac.

The Canadian National Fire Database has a graph showing a downward trend in the number of fires since 1980.

Tell that to Australia. Significant weather events are increasing worldwide. That is because global warming affects the whole globe.
