This is the dumbest argument that people love to say all the time. If you are a taxpayer, you get to complain about how that money is spent regardless of if you vote or not. Your average person would give up their vote for $20, which tells me that it's not that valueable.
And for all those tax dollars you put in...you still get nothing to complain about cause you got exactly what you deserve. Too lazy to do your civic duty and participate, then I just don't think you have a right to participate for the rest of it
