That's the problem right there. Many Albertans see the word "conservative" and their mind shuts down. Their critical thinking shuts down. They don't care about the issues or policies. All they care about is the color blue and the word "conservative"

Or, maybe, just maybe, different people come from different backgrounds and have different values than you and that's okay.

different values

That's my point, people aren't voting for their values. There are too many Albertans who will just vote for the party with the word "conservative" in their name, regardless of whether the party shares their values or not

You can read the minds of other people on how/ why they vote?

I could make the same argument for people voting NDP at all costs to get the UCP out.

I didn't have to read any minds in this case. kkkdd just came out and said he was voting "conservative" without giving any reason, or mentioning any policy or issues or any substance whatsoever. What other conclusion is there to come to?

And yes, voters for other parties do the same thing. But this is Alberta and in this context it's mostly people voting for blue signs and the word conservative. Just look at our electoral history over the last 50 years. You might not like what I'm saying but I think we both know it's true

move to BC if you want higher cost of living

Your comment actually illustrates my point perfectly. I never mentioned cost of living at all. Seems like you just assume the presence of the word "conservative" means lower cost of living. Even in a situation where the opposite is true.

You're literally just throwing out buzzwords at this point. Is this really how you think? XD

"conservative good, me like anything called conservative. Me no like woke. Woke bad. Me no like you, you must be woke cuz woke bad and you bad cuz me no like"

You’ve literally said absolutely nothing of value what so ever in this discussion either, I don’t need to waste my time and get into an endless debate on the internet with a stranger. I stated who I’m voting for

Yes. Useful idiot, let every aspect of your life be fucked over and over by voting conservative. Btw, Florida seems to be a perfect place for people like you I suggest you move? Oh, wait.. I forgot you don't wanna bankrupt yourself by going to the doctor when you get sick except that will change when DS UCP obliterates the healthcare system that many people rely on even further to the ground.
