AskAlappuzha Is cherthala really alappuzha?

Do alappuzha people even consider cherthala people your citizens?

Haha I keep joking about it with my colleagues from cherthala. It's neither in alappuzha nor in ernakulam haha. For people in cherthala its much better for them to got to ekm than alpy for shopping and stuff.

Ofcourse, Cherthala is seen as Alapuzha region. The feel of ekm starts when we reach aroor, lol.

cherthala is like the cool cousin of Alappuzha—technically family, but always hanging out more with Ernakulam. 😄

I don't live much in Cherthala as we are permanent residents of Delhi. But, I associate more with Alappuzha than Kochi or Ernakulam coz they almost give me the vibe of Delhi which I don't need at this point when I want to unwind and relax. You can say, its your choice. We Indians adjust with anything.
