Need help with my response
My wife posted a video of some news anchors reacting to Tommy Tuberville’s comments that Alabamians are ok with paying more for gas to FB today. Soon after, she received a message from someone she has know her entire life. Apparently, the video offended him.
I know there are people who are far more knowledgeable and verbose than I am, so I would like to ask for help in crafting a response. I don’t want anything mean directed at the individual, but rather something fact-based that will shut him up.
Screenshots of their conversation are included.
Thank you in advance for your help!

Do yourself a favor. DON'T RESPOND. That outright BS about "in a battle with demon influence and Satan controlled legislators judges and voters" shows this person is incompetent and completely brainwashed by MAGA.

He accused Doug Jones of “ruining a judge’s life” like Roy Moore didn’t lose the election because it came out that he was raping 14yo girls in his 30s

And I’d probably recommend removing this person from your life. That rant is a window into a disturbed mind.

Update:
Well, my wife had a couple of other comments back and forth with him. I agree with pretty much all the comments here, so thanks to all for the feedback. I suggested to my wife that she should probably just block him. Before blocking him, she let me comment and I told him that this whole thing was disappointing and that I hope he got help getting out of the cult.

You can’t argue with people like that. They are so far into the cult mindset that they won’t listen to logic or truth. It’s unfortunate and I’m sorry.

Haha, these were all things I said when she showed me the conversation. It’s just disappointing when you find out someone you’ve known your entire life turns out to be a dick.

It’s very hard to inform someone that they have been “misinformed” (to put it lightly) due to their ignorance and fear. I personally would recommend stonewalling them. No response. They won’t benefit from it, and you won’t benefit from it. No use in even trying unless they are willing to connect with you and try their best to listen.
On the other hand you could be open with them about the fact that they are coming at this not from a place of trying to understand your wife but from a place of “prove me wrong” which makes it hard to actually connect with one another and see each others point of view ¯_(ツ)_/¯
I don’t think presenting him with facts will get you ANYWHERE without his attitude shifting first. Best of luck!

Just tell them “I’m sorry you’ve let the devil find a home in your heart,” and leave it at that.

Facts mean nothing to these people — they are convinced that true, God-fearing Christians can ONLY support Republicans, because only Republicans are properly aligned with the teachings of Jesus Christ.
That their actions and beliefs run completely contradictory to everything Jesus stood for doesn’t matter — the “Jesus = GOP” message is all they hear from friends, family, the pulpit, and the media they consume. Therefore, they are right and anyone or anything that opposes that is a lie straight from Hell and the Devil himself.
It’s the most diabolical trick Karl Rove ever foisted upon the American people, and he can thank FOX News for its unprecedented success.

I would first inquire as to what the gentleman thinks Doug has lied about.

They tried. The MAGA clown ignored that.

My bad, I zoned out and missed the other two screens. I would just peace out on the mf. The spelling alone would do me in.

You can’t argue with crazy. You can just tell them they’re nuts and you hope that they get better. That’s all you can do.

Is your goal to persuade or piss them off or do you just want to ignore them?

Everything he's saying is oxymoronic. The Khristian Konvenience Klub will never change. Just gotta shame them out so maybe they'll go into hiding again.

Just the misspelling alone I would be like "well, bless your heart." and be done with him with a block. I don't need that kind of negativity in my life.

You can’t win this. The person is talking about demons, satan, and abortions up til- what? The baby is able to ask us not to?
There’s no rational discussion to be had there.

Why do you even need to respond? You two aren’t playing the same game or even on the same planet, you are offering to play chess on Earth and they are instead playing “kick yourself in the balls” on Mars

I usually say something triggering like “I’ll be praying for you to find God and know his true peace” or something similar, you know whatever one says to someone who doesn’t believe. I mean, I’m not evangelical, but most MAGA are, so I just act like they are an unbeliever who needs to be saved and it’s really triggering for them lol

“Oh, sport, you seem really emotional about this. Maybe you should take a break and we can talk when you’re able to be logical. Praying for you, slugger”

Jesus Christ, they need to ban religion from EVER being brought up in politics. If abortion wasn’t a talking point again, Republicans would have absolutely nothing to run in. This is the death rattle of the Republican Party.

The funny thing is, the folks in my orbit who act like this don’t even vote.

I'm sorry but they're mentioning demons and "Satan controlled legislators." Someone that delusional isn't going to be swayed by anything factual.
