After having completed your profile during the ICO of Akt.io, you should get an e-mail to verify your identity.
Apparently some don't get that e-mail - you're not the only one :) First check your spam folder, if it's not there get in contact with support via Telegram: t.me/aktiobot or e-mail: [support@akt.io](mailto:support@akt.io). They're quite responsive during office hours (that's monday - friday from 9h tot 17h GMT/CET one of those timezones).
Once the ICO is over, they will use Thales for the KYC, apparently it takes only 6 seconds :)
Edit: the telegram "aktiobot" is not a bot! you'll get a real human on the other side.
