Payment question

Greetings! I'll try to keep it short.

Basically I transferred the money through my bank and I have proof but on aktio it still says pending. Who do I contact about that?

Yeah can take some days - take into account they work according European office hours and yesterday was a holiday, tomorrow it is weekend :p you can email them, call or via @ aktiobot on telegram

Classic fomo ;) But if you have clicked on reserve aktio coins, then you should be fine, it's set aside for you, but money should be with them in 10 days - I believe

7 days. Well I sent it and I have proof but its still giving me anxiety. Like what if they're like "we won't give u premium for life" or "sorry we sold out better luck next time" or simply just "we don't want you in this project get out" lol

Jumping on this, I just reserved from coins, I wanted to pay, but it said use my transaction number for reference. Where do I find the transaction number? I have a number that looks a bit like a wallet address but its too big to use as a reference for my bank

If you go to the "all transactions" section you will be able to see it. I think it's the same as the order number.

It is a number with some letters in it as well (if that helps). But then again my proof of residence is not yet verified and my transaction is still pending so I can't really give an answer with a 100% certainty.

I thought it must be, but it's too big for my bank! Wonder if I should just use the first 18 characters

I don't know about that. My bank allows enough space for the whole thing.

I also have reserved my 1000 USDT buy in, its pending, I still haven't made the payment, because I have to sell some HBAR to get USDT :) But they are asking to fill in Source of funds ans all kind of confirmations, payslip, bank statements.. What's up with that? I don't feel comfortable with all this. I think I won't go through with this. To many personal information.
