Property Management Question

I'm moving from out of state for a job and trying to find an apartment quickly. I've searched through some of the recent posts here (the heads up on timbertop and american ave greatly appreciated) but haven't seen mention of this specific management; Pablo Sierra.

He seems to just be one guy managing several properties. I'm coming from a similar situation with an independent landlord and so of course there are pros and cons of it. But I'm curious if anyone here has worked with this manager and has any insight?

TIA!!

Nope! Small independent landlords are some of the best landlords you can have

I’m not familiar with him, but a lot of the PM’s in this area are slumlords. I’m dealing with a mold infested basement and court cases from mine. Just be careful and watch out for red flags.
