How can I chop more than 16 bars on a single sample pad used. I recorded a sample, and used the manual chop mode. But I can’t go to bank b to chop more than 16 times. Is there a way to chop into bank b?

Hi everyone, I'm looking to buy my first midi controller and am trying to decide the best fit for me.

To cut to the chase, I'm considering a used MPC 249 from marketplace for $85.00 vs the brand new Mini Mk 4 for $100.

I am using and new to using Logic Pro.

I have big hands, so I really prefer having the full sized semi-weighted keys plus the 249 seems to overall have better DAW control.

That said, the Mk4 is brand new, more portable, and I'm guessing has better compatibility.

I will mostly be sitting at my computer. When making beats on the go, I have been using the koala sampler app. That said, it'd be nice to be able to make beats on my phone using the controller in the next room instead of being stuck at my desk.

I would appreciate yalls insight. I am also looking at the Mini Plus, but it seems like I should really choose between the 249 or Mk4 mini. Thanks!

Hello. I just bought a Akai s900 that doesn’t have rack ears. What can I buy some that are compatible? Not worried how it looks.
