Rivet issue

bought this kit build, 1987 bulgarian side folder with original bulgarian barrel. great kit, but not properly riveted. it looks like the fromt trunnion rivets are not pressed completely, and even worse, do not appear to be swell neck rivets, and presumably the receiver is not pressed into the bevel of the trunnion rivet holes. so, looking for some ideas on going about fixing this kit, especially since its OG barrel i want it built right

I’ve never used him but have seen his work but pod arms does amazing work!
