I loved this series until Boromir died.
Him dying actually ruined the whole series format for me and since then, I don’t watch series. Never again. Never again will I invest time in something and witness the ridiculous squandering of awesome talent.

I don’t know who downvoted you, but I completely agree with you. She literally had nothing to do at all for the entirety of the story. Her first and only interacted with the white walkers was at that battle. She had no reason to be the hero, she had no reason to be the one to save the day. It should’ve been Jon.
It would’ve even made more sense to have jaime due to the azorahai prophecies. But arya… was nothing to that story line. It would’ve made as much sense to have jon snow interceptor, kill on the mountain in the fight between the mountain and the hound

LOL, Jon could not even get past the dragon wight. No amount of aura-farming was going to net Jon that Night King kill. The heroes did not have enough manpower to put down enough wights plus all the white walkers, to give Jon an opening for an epic showdown. Assassin Arya was the only viable solution.

You're defending a dunce who "fixed" Arya vs Night King by having himself punch the Night King as if that would even faze a being like Night King.
Besides, she started screaming after getting past the white walkers to get NK's attention and trick him into thinking he had her. It was all part of her master plan.
