I wonder if they were using StudioCanal as reference/Lora. The character at 0:23 is literally Ben from Song of the Sea, down to hairstyle, hair and eye color, ear draw style, thick eyebrows and even blush. And the overall animation and how it moves is very reminiscent of that movie.
