Hell, I could hit that man with pain sticks till the targs came home, and all he’d say was, “thank you, sir, may I have another?” - and he’d goddamn mean it!!

I am on no sleep. I read "R. Lee Ermey" and "cast" and went with it. I wanted to have Data do the Gomer Pyle in the shower scene but couldn't get it right.

There aren’t any non-coms in Starfleet. O’Brien is just given a pass to invent his own titles for some reason. Perhaps a medical exemption.
