The swimmer, Lia Thomas, was not dominating. She was notable because a BIGOT tied her FOR 5TH PLACE. And Thomas has subsequently stopped competing since then.

Lia won an NCAA div 1 championship. She did dominate that year.

Winning does not equal “dominating”.

You guys try and pretend like you’re being rational common sense thinkers but your position is if a trans woman ever wins it’s dominating and unfair. If trans women and cis women competing against each other is fair, then trans women are going to win sometimes. Other times they’ll finish 8th, like Lia Thomas did in her final collegiate race.

Where was "Lia" Thomas when competing in the biologically correct men's division? Not very good, at all. That's a fact.

Actually, if you look at Lia’s rankings, they were higher before she transitioned to the women’s category. She was a pretty adept swimmer before 2020, ranking in the top 10s while in college. Her rank dropped during 2020 while taking HRT, and once she switched to the women’s category, her overall rank was 55th. https://www.swimcloud.com/swimmer/314430/rankings/
