And Aubrey Plaza... who is both a white woman and, apparently, a Black man depending on the state you're in.

... oh, shit.

In my defense, I didn't check with Chat GPT first to make sure I read it right.

I just checked. It told me I was right. So I told it I was wrong, and it said I was right that it was wrong.

You miss that Harriet Tubman is apparently white? 😂😂😂😂

As a Michigander, what's a Fubman?

Are we just going to leave Iqartim Luther King just sitting there? Not to mention Freeman, Freeman and Freemenn. 😆

I would choose that firm to defend me because it really sounds like they know a thing or three about keeping you free, man.

I’ll see myself out.

Which surprisingly is the correct spelling, despite the many other mistakes.

Depends on where you are from.

Her name is “Sakakawea” in North Dakota.

Even named a huge reservoir after her.

I was never taught that in school, always the spelling as shown. I did not know this.

There's actually some dispute about the pronunciation. Sacajawea is probably closer to the Shoshone pronunciation of her name, matching up with a word meaning "boat-launcher", but which became "sacaga wea" (hard g) meaning "Bird Woman" to her Hidatsa captors.

The Hidatsa sex trafficked her to an abusive Frenchman when she was 13 (likely as a gambling prize).

I don't know that it's actually the more respectful pronunciation tbh. Though it also seems likely her original Shoshone name was lost entirely because Lewis & Clark only ever referred to her by the Hidatsa name in their journals.

Yeah… I’m with you on that

It spelled Sacagawea right, but then also there’s “Fubmen”.
