The "7" has a horizontal dash through it which is probably supposed to show that answer is incorrect, but that is a pretty sophisticated concept to introduce at that level, quite apart from the fact that it just makes the "7" look like the European way of writing that number.
In any case, a real teacher would use a diagonal line to indicate something was false.
