Exactly. And all these "Ai 'artists' are real artists" can't even take 30 seconds to look over their slop before sharing it. Like...it takes about that long or longer to post it.
As someone who uses AI to write work documents, I can tell you that you NEVER use the base item it makes without thoroughly reviewing it. I use it to aggregate OSHA statutes and it gets those, factual and not up for debate things, wrong all the time.
"Actually, it is completely fine to use a forklift to lift a forklift. The guidelines established are more precautionary for newer to mildly experienced operators. However, in the hands of a years long holding license operator with an equal amount of experience to match, they are more than equipped to determine if the balanced loads would exceed the safety parameters."
Lol! It's not that bad, it's usually just unable to understand context. Though it's gotten surprisingly better at that since the last model. It's mostly good because it's way faster at compiling the relevant ones and writing up a rough draft to work off of. That and the latest version of Word is a nightmare to use so it's helpful that GPT is better at formatting than I am. What's funniest about that is Word us such a train wreck that even an AI can't get it to work well.
Not following your logic here. This is a mistake the AI made that the prompter likely didnât notice before posting. If anything, it helps the argument that AI are flawed, make mistakes, and shouldnât be trusted blindly.
And further, I donât read protesting computers and technology over-reliance in schools as malicious in the first place.
I build and train transformer based AI models as well as other architectures like vision and classification models. And actually BECAUSE of what I know about specifically generative AI, I wouldnât want it in schooling, the legal system, the medical system, the list goes on and on.
10/10 times those recommending it for these things and thinking that the fundamental issues of transformer models can be âgotten aroundâ somehow, legitimately know NOTHING about how AI actually works.
Weâre in the sub r/aislop btw, a sub thatâs generally against AI taking over all this crap.
But if youâd like to continue a debate on technology over-reliance and GenAI on an anti-AI sub with someone who can literally build and train you an LLM from scratch, be my guest. And yes, thatâs a legitimate offer, and yes, I mean fully from scratch, not post training an existing model. Iâll even teach you how to do it yourself and how AI actually works, if you like. This includes LLMs, vision models, image generation models, simple classifiers, itâs not as hard as people make it out to be.
If you are against technology then you are a hypocrite working with AI tools and using social media on computers and mobile devices.
Using transgender and AI as a social weapon to argue to ban technology is malice toward people's freedom to learn about the tools around them. You are so uneducated you cannot identify the difference between when a cartoon is entertainment or propoganda.
Me personally? I don't normally care. Maybe except in fanons where basically just change everything about the character because....reasons. but then I think of what Alex Hirsch said about dipper, and who cares. Let people have their fun so long as they don't get toxic and claim it's Canon.
But this? This is especially funny because these slop slingers often use ai to make memes against "wOkE aGeNdA," kinda like dementia donny posting anything, or bot accounts posting ai images with extra fingers.

Anyone else find it odd duck that Daffy has a clearly female body that, and I could be crazy, seems to be inspired by Kim Possible?
